Refund Policy

Products may be returned for full credit (minus shipping costs) under the following conditions:

  • The returned unit(s) has been purchased within the previous 30 days.

  • A valid RMA Number can be obtained by RMA Request Form or calling RMA Support at 1-877-842-3990.
    The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the package.

  • The unit(s) is securely packaged and returned in original, complete and undamaged packaging with all parts, cabling, and documentation included in “like new” condition.

  • The unit(s) is in “like new” condition and requires no refurbishment.

  • Any PSC or Metrologic laser scanners are returned in factory-provided containers and no shipping label is attached to the containers.

Failure to adhere to the above conditions may result in restocking charges up to the total of the original invoice.
