The returned unit(s) has been purchased within the previous 30 days.
A valid RMA Number can be obtained by RMA Request Form or calling RMA Support at 1-877-842-3990.
The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the package.
The unit(s) is securely packaged and returned in original, complete and undamaged packaging with all parts, cabling, and documentation included in “like new” condition.
The unit(s) is in “like new” condition and requires no refurbishment.
Failure to adhere to the above conditions may result in restocking charges up to the total of the original invoice.
